Hi! Thanks for being here.

So a little bit about me and what I do:

I graduated from Blue Heron Academy’s Medical Massage Program in 2016, and following that spent a number of years working in luxury hotel spas, doing both massage and skin care, work that I absolutely adored at the time. Post pandemic closures, i moved out of the spa environment, and began working in a local massage studio, where I was able to shift my focus solely to massage, and really hone in on developing my niche as a therapist, while learning new skills, such as ashiatsu. During my time there, I quickly amassed a loyal client base, which led me to my next step of expanding into working for myself. This has allowed me to really focus on my clients, and to further my knowledge and craft.

I have always had a love for anatomy, and a fascination of the body’s ability to heal itself, and that guides my massage style. I strive to keep up on the latest findings in massage related studies, especially fascia focused research, so as to keep my knowledge and approach up to date. I pride myself on doing detail oriented massage, focused on relieving areas of pain and tension, using deep pressure, while doing so in a way that feels good and is relaxing for the mind and body.
